TestSafe miniPAT Appliance Tester Details
Extremely easy to use, small in size (much smaller than most PAT testers) and perfect for use with common electrical appliances, the TestSafe miniPAT is affordable, great for use by any level of user and is an essential purchase for schools, shops, offices and wherever else electrical safety is essential.
A simplified version of a standard PAT tester, the miniPAT makes procedures extremely easy to understand thanks to LED PASS/FAIL indicators. Just connect up to an appliance using the included accessories, press the test button and this portable tester will do the rest!
Fully suitable for use on IT equipment, class I and class II appliances, extension leads (using the supplied R2 adaptor) and also suitable for testing IEC and cloverleaf leads (TestSafe miniPAT 4mm Socket IEC Adaptor Kit required - sold separately) the miniPAT is not intended to be used for high volume applications and instead includes all of the basic functions to check a normal electrical appliance. It is recommended for use in the time period between official inspections as a way of maintaining electrical safety.
That's what makes it perfect for beginners - there's absolutely no difficult buttons and menus to work with, just a testing button, LED indicators and a port for your testing probe. Simple, effective and low cost, this tester is what you've been looking for.
