Sales Administrator
PASS Ltd require a Full Time Sales Administrator with an immediate as a result of an internal promotion.
Based in Stockton On Tees and working 9am - 5.30pm per week.
You will be responsible for supporting the sales, training and calibration departments.
Duties will include:
Answering Overflow telephone calls
Entering orders and taking credit card payments
Producing and sending literature for training courses
Preparing refreshments for training delegates
Sending of calibration reminder letters
Booking collections via UPS for the calibration department
Receiving, sorting and distributing post
Entering website orders into the accounting system
Skills Required:
Excellent organisational skills
Excellent telephone manner
Excellent time keeping
Excellent Microsoft Office and PC Skills

Primary Roles :
Reporting to the Project and Marketing Manager you will be responsible for the maintenance and development of all websites from which the companies operate.
Ensuring that all websites are created to be cross browser compliant and Search engine friendly.
Integrating forms and ecommerce shopping baskets into the websites using protx.
Resolving of any issues concerned with the websites.
Produce monthly ranking reports on each of the websites and adjusting the pages to gain higher rankings for particular keywords.
Answering queries from the sales department and customers concerning particular orders on the websites.
Using tools to identify visitor numbers, trends and problems with websites.
Experience is essential in this role and ideally you will have previously been employed in a company developing websites or a web design company.

The position entails carrying out Electrical Installation testing to BS7671.
Experience of Electrical Installation Testing, Basic IT and literacy Skills are essential, a recognised testing qualification i.e City and Guilds 2391 and Electrical qualifications are required.

Pat technician Vacancy London and South - Salary Negotiable with Bonuses
The position entails carrying out Portable Appliance Testing of all portable electrical equipment at customer sites, in line with IEE Code of practice.
Experience of PAT Testing is preferable.
Your main duties will be to carry out testing of portable electrical equipment in offices, Schools and many other commercial and residential Buildings.
You will be liaising directly with Customers therefore excellent customer service skills are essential.
The ideal candidate will be flexible, as times may vary and may be possible overnight stays in paid accommodation but this will be only on rare occasions. The areas covered will be nationwide but also include Central London, outskirts and home counties.
