"I would just like to say how delighted I am with the service I have just received from your-selves. I sent my Seaward unit to you last week for recalibration and it was returned, fully certificated and back for use within two days!
As I couldn't remember where I originally purchased the machine I had contacted Seaward who put me in touch with a company local to ourselves in Reading. They wanted the machine for approximately three weeks but would be happy to let me rent a machine in the meantime for only £75 per week!! How decent of them. I was therefore very pleased to receive your reminder card in the post and the subsequent speedy service.
