I would just like to say how delighted I am with the service I have just received from your-selves. I sent my Seaward unit to you last week for recalibration and it was returned, fully certificated and back for use within two days!
As I couldn't remember where I originally purchased the machine I had contacted Seaward who put me in touch with a company local to ourselves in
Many thanks and please pass on my comments to all involved. Customers are often very quick to complain but maybe not so keen to praise, so I think it is important to let people know when they have surpassed customer expectations. I remain a happy customer.
