At PASS we want you to be delighted every time you shop with us. However occasionally we know you may want to return items, so below is our returns policy.
If you change your mind or are simply not satisfied with your purchase then you can simply return the order within 7 days of dispatch and we’ll give you your money back including delivery within the UK!
We accept the return of all orders as long as
• The goods are in their undamaged original packaging as the order was received
• All accessories are present
• The equipment is in its original condition as sold

Software and CD / DVD Based Products / Unlock Codes
We are unable to accept any returns for software and media products whether digital download, CD or DVD based once opened. It is the buyers responsibility to check software compatibility. We are also unable to accept returns for software or hardware unlock codes once ordered.
All of our items are quality checked before going out of the door however should you receive a defective item we’ll gladly sort it out for you. Just see "To return an item" below for details.
To Return An Item
Firstly contact us about your return on 01642 631685. We will issue you with an RMA number and supply further instructions. Please write the RMA number clearly on the packaging.
Goods must be returned to us via a recorded-delivery service. This is really important as any goods that have been lost or damaged in transit will be your responsibility.
If there’s a problem with your order please advise us on 01642 631685 within 7 days receipt of the goods.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
