The IEE code of practice recommends that FAILED stickers are applied to each appliance that fails an appliance test.

These pat labels labels are supplied in rolls of 500 with dimensions of 44mm wide x 34mm high and adhere to almost any surface.

Writable fields on the label are:-
Appliance ID
Tested By
Test Date
Reason Failed

WM1 / WM7 Overlaminates can be purchased to cover these labels in harsh environments.

Also available are passed labels and customised appliance number labels which can include your company name and telephone number along with a barcoded appliance ID which can be read with the majority of barcode scanners for quick and easy entry of appliance ID's.
