The Metrel MI 2077 5KV High Voltage Insulation Tester measures Terraohm in a hand held battery powered instrument which has a built in charger for use with rechargeable batteries. Electricians/electrical engineers can use the Metrel MI 2077 High Voltage Insulation Tester for application testing of insulation on: rotating machines, transformers, cables, high voltage generators, electrical circuits, surge arresters, insulation systems, etc.
