The PAT 450 from Megger is the top range tester in the 400 series of PAT testers, it includes everything the other models do and more. 

It can be used to test just about anywhere and comes with a 1.5kV and 3kV flash test which is often required in service workshops and tool hire outlets.

The fantastic restart menu system on the lower models is also included in the PAT 450 model alongside some other time saving features including:
