The Martindale E-Ze Check Xtra is the first socket tester on the market that gives an actual measurement of earth loop impedance. This is the only safe way to test a socket properly. Other socket testers can indicate a socket as safe when they actually have a dangerously high earth resistance.

 

Most other indicators will only tell if the earth is connected with no indication of how safe the socket is.

 

New T-Safe technology incorporated into the Martindale E-Ze Check Xtra gives safe earth loop impedance checking within selected bands, without the risk of tripping an RCD.
