High precision portable calibrator for 16th edition test instruments.

In line with Kewtech’s high quality electrical installation testers the FC8000 is a high precision manual calibrator for BS7671 test instruments. The unit is so fast to learn and quick to use making it an ideal workhorse for ‘on-site’ calibrations as well as for in calibration laboratories. There is also a Portable Appliance Tester option.

Simple to use

A self test setup procedure including a high current loop impedance test sets up the instrument within seconds, and it also tests to three decimal places for greater accuracy. A temperature function checks for the correct calibration environment.

Checks for voltage output, current and peak current and has statutory 0.25, 0.5 and 1.0Mn test points
