This course will cover the relevant health & safety requirements in relation to heating control systems along with the relevant regulations. It will discuss the different types of heating systems and the control devices used to operate and control them. The good insight into wiring and heating controls gained, will allow the candidate to make assessments of systems and their suitability within a domestic setting.
Candidates will be able to install and commission a common heating control system using correct tools and equipment, before learning how to perform fault finding techniques on heating control systems. This course will satisfy all parts of the Building Regulations in reference to installing heating controls.
