The Robin / Fluke 1653 is a multifunction electrical tester with a memory which verifies the safety of electrical installations in domestic, commercial and industrial applications.

It can ensure fixed wiring is safeand correctly installed to meet the requirements of BS7671, the 17th edition wiring regulations and IEC 60364.
