17 Edition and Part P Equipment

British Standard BS 7671 Wiring Regulations define fundamental principles for the safe design and installation of domestic electrical systems. 17th Edition is the latest edition of this British wiring standard for low voltage electrical installation. In addition, the UK Government building regulations for England and Wales define compliance for all aspects of building from Structure (Part A) and Ventilation (Part F), to Part P: Electrical Safety – Dwellings. This is commonly referred to as “Part P” or “the regs”.

17th Edition and Part P regulations mean that all electricians need access to 17th Edition learning documentation, 17th Edition courses, 17th Edition and Part P electrical software, 17th Edition and Part P forms and, of course the electrical equipment necessary to install and certify a good 17th Edition and Part P system.
